Well if its telling you theres no hard drive than you have a hardware failure and thats whats causing the blue screen. You need to call dell and tell them that the harddrive failed(if you're still under warranty).

oh mine problem was: One day my pc started going REALLY slow. Few days ago it couldnt load windows vista or windows 7. then i phoned the technical support of my pc and they said to me that my hard drive is dead. Guess how much i paid for that? 200 EURO. O_O
