Best method for game keys?

Anyone mind helping me and telling me what's the best way/ method of buying and refunding a game like Black Ops 4 for PC? What site would be best? ^^

Asking this as I used to just dispute G2A and recently that no longer works as it tends to win towards their favour unfortunately :'(
Thanks <3

Yeah my friend said going through G2As internal system no longer works (as easy anyway). They just went through a PP claim using evidence

I used evidence like fake screenshots from trying to reuse other codes and PayPal still decided in their favour. This was all on a new account.
