This a serious question? A ton of CPUs are for gaming, it's a matter of how good you want it to look.

There is no one cpu that is intended for gaming, many cpus can game, it really depends on if your playing mine sweeper or the next upcoming triple A title. As well as this, your budget is very important. Reply with the information and I could help you further.

CPUs aren't directly MADE specifically for gaming so if you see any cpu that's branded "GAMING CPU" it's just marketing.
Small studies have shown that people believe that putting "GAMING" , "GAMER" , somewhere in the product gives the illusion that it's faster / better when it's just a price increase lmao.

There are two main brands / companies that make CPUs , Intel and AMD. Depending on what game(s) you are playing, usually a simple 4 core with 3.0ghz from previous generations on either side will work. You don't need the bleeding edge (most expensive) CPU to run games at DECENT settings, but if you're looking to max out everything then that's a different story.

TL;DR Research CPUs on review sites / youtube and look at the benchmarks. Make sure that the CPU fits the motherboard. Enjoy.

For me intel i5 already very good enough for gaming... of course i7 is better but i7 usually for more processing consumption task like rendering... so i think i5 is good enough...

That shouldn't be a question. Any CPU can enable you to play games if you have a good GPU compatible with it.

not a well written question tbh. if your have a budget, i suggest getting a cheap but useful cpu, as any good cpu is compatible for gaming.

Any CPU can be used for gaming as long as it's not like almost 2 decades old since it'd be too slow and wouldn't support the latest instruction sets. It all comes down to your budget.

If the only think you will ever do on your PC is gaming and browsing the web, go with a Ryzen 5 or 7. But when your gaming, its really all about the GPU and RAM!

RAM? having more ram wont make your game run better
timings can give you slight improvements but upwards of 3000mhz its not worth the extra price

cpu can have an effect depending on the game
