ArtNeed a help with an effect

So i made this for my steam profile and i want the cigarette to do like a glowing smoking effects so it seems like hes smoking

If you have final cut, just duplicate the image into a video form and use the key frames to track the cigarette and add an effect to it. Expand the clip to like 5 seconds so it’s like a gif
