I don't use cheats on my main, or on my pc, but somehow my trust factor went lower than it should be on my main account, maybe I got reported a lot, or played with a bunch of low trustfactor players. I don't know. But is there any way to increase my trust factor?

Your trust factor is mainly based on the amount of reports you have received. In order to get a higher trust factor, just try not to get reported by being friendly, as you hopefully won't get reported as much. Valve has not released much information on how this system works, therefore I can't confirm what works the best in order to increase your factor.
