HelpAm I doing something wrong?

Am I doing something wrong?
So I have gone through about 4 steam accounts now, about 2-3 of them I have spinbot on and expected to get banned, but the one account I did not spinbot on I still got overwatched, half the time I didn't even cheat because the people I was up against were that bad. I woke up today to see, like always, I was overwatched, now I gave my friend my cheat and he has not been banned yet, he spinbots with me, he does the same shit as me and he hasn't been banned, same injector, same cheat, same junk code. What am I doing wrong here? I inject with extreme injector and I inject it from my flashdrive.

Extreme injector is detected, use something else.

The issue isn't being banned by VAC but by Overwatch.

The method of injecting isn't the issue here.

Sorry, I misread the thread. To answer the original question:
Overwatch has a system of reports, if you receive more than 11 reports in 24 hours, you are put in to the overwatch system. Your friend most likely didn't receive enough reports to generate a case and you did.

makes sense but we play together every time, how would I get more reports? I remember there something like if you have over a certain amount of kills for your elo you automatically get reported to overwatch. Honestly, not mad but its annoying leveling up to lvl 2 every time. I have unlimited emails (as of now) so i just create more emails. The one thing I do not understand is last night I was playing wingman with my buddy, we played 5 games total (might have been 6, dont know, it was 3 am) and we won 5 and I got banned when I woke up

It only takes two full games to get enough reports if you are playing MM.
