Wtf? Editing gameusersettings.ini or engine.ini will get you banned? Who told you that? These files should be the last reason you get banned for.

Also, what logs exactly is this program preventing from beeing send? What informations are in these log files? How do you found out those log files exit and how did you found out that preventing these logfiles getting sender helps not to get banned?
