Guild Name Bug

This is a bug where you can only put one (<) "<Example" instead of two by default "<Example>". You can also leave the guild name to one side, in which case it is more to the left. It is also possible to leave only one (<) with nothing written.
Does anyone know how to make this bug in the guild name? If you know, share with us
