If you want to refund foods just say that some bullshit like the food was eaten and that you were missing some food that you ordered and that it was cold.

bruh trust me don't even think about doing dna on Uber Eats it hurts the drivers

Whoever thinks it's affecting the driver is utterly stupid. The driver did his job, he went to the address and some guy came out to get his food. Since ubers policy does not include showing ID or signing for the food Uber will not blame the driver nor the restaurant. Funny story I did it once and the uber driver happened to be my friend, he never got a call or complaint from uber.

There are multiple other methods you can use instead of DNA.

Id just say the food was cold and shitty blah blah blah and you got a refund don't say it like that tho sound a little more professional and disappointed Ill say "im never gonna order from here again this is the 2nd cold meal in a row I need a refund I'm not paying $30 for cold food that taste like garbage again and they'll sometimes give me store credit on top of refund to make me order from them again xD I should open a service but i know lilly will deny in a second -_-

Yeah DNA is way saturated, really not hard to come up with something different just use some common sense
