Hex Editing

So, I have been intrigued on the idea of editing .pak files to unlock skins. Currency hacks are obviously not going to happen or go public. Fiddler might be an option for that, but I would like to fool around or even get any help with hex editing for unlocking skins. If anybody has anything, let me know

those pak files are card borders, have you found a script to extract the other pak files within the game files ?
