Help

Does anyone know how to fix this bug/glitch that if you inject a cheat in csgo and it works but if you open csgo and press ins the cheat doesn't pop up when i press it once everything freezes execpt my fps and that means the menu is up but i dont see it cus its invisible and if i press ins twice everything is normal again
