For some reason, this guy won't let me alone. I mentioned him in his post about how is he breaking the rules. Because he didn't select any winner and because there is no proof he gave the reward to someone which is against giveaway section rules or am I wrong?!

- Fake giveaways will result in a ban. If you don't give out the reward right away, we'll assume that you created a giveaway only for the sole purpose of receiving thanks/rep, which is a bannable offense.

Then he starts to humiliate me in front of everyone about my posting areas which has nothing to do with that post. Then he starts treating me with a ban in PM:



I gave him a negative reputation for not choosing anyone and for not providing a reward away (i could also say I gave the prize to someone). Then he gives me a bad reputation for that and sends me that PM.

This section is for reputation disputes only. If it outlines any of the concerns listed in the rules page in this section, then it will be looked at. From what I see in regards to the reputation, there is direct interaction involved, thus reputation stands.

As for the giveaway rule breaking, I cannot confirm nor deny if he gave out the reward. OP didn't even get a single shred of thanks or reputation for that post, so he gained nothing from it. Safe to say he's telling the truth. Proof would've been good to provide, but it's not a big deal. Also, if you have a problem with something, let the appropriate staff handle it. They're there for a reason.
