So, is there a way to use the clients made for prod on private servers? Like using crazy client on like Revenge of the Fallen or something. I'm big noob, pls help me out here. <3

Not really. It is almost certainly easier to add hacks to the private server client than to try to edit a prod hacked client to work.

youre better off manually applying the edits into the said pserver client :| if you dig deep enuff you should find how to apply the basic most common prod hacks into a fresh client
