IM Issues

Okay, I have made a thread a few days ago reporting this issue!
But we still didn't have any fix yet! And my clients and my services are waiting -_-

Dave, please mate, We need help I got about 200$ clients waiting to deliver their stuff.
I literally changed x3 Times my password and still can't connect only worked once now it does not work

Tried: Proxy, VPN, VPS, Incognito, Other Browsers!

Nada

5 days now since not working IM....

I changed the WiFi provider, laptop, traveled to another city, tried it from my phone, all browsers, I think I just need to wait, I hope it will work soon

Still dead :cry:

8th day without IM and without money. Looks like my business will die because of that

For the number of people complaining/reporting this issue, it seems odd that this isn't fixed yet. It's been a week or so since some users first reported it. Is there any way we can actually get any support on this, lots of sellers are going to get a scam report/s open at this rate.

It's been a years, go trough this thread, you will see me complaining in 2019 and 2020 too...

It is also possible DAVE, if you delete my contacts, except for the last top 900 contacts, maybe this is how the chat will work

IM button was showing for me yesterday and today, but still can't connect, good old "You are already connected somewhere else"

im chat work for me 1 minutes, after one minutes disconnect again

7 days still no solution...
