Chat is not working

Hello! Any ETA of fixing?

Mine hasn't been working for the past week.

Does IM chat ever work? Like what the hell....

It works now.

I was gonna try using IM to talk to a seller but when I click on the "Add me on IM" link it just takes me to the main forum page.
Clicking the little blue Birdie button under someone's profile does nothing.
I've tried allowing Birdie through Chrome and my DNS settings, though it doesn't seem to do anything.
My antivirus shouldn't be doing anything either, since I've tried fully disabling it to no effect.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am in the same exact boat as you. I used to be able to IM just fine, now I have no Chat button and nothing works.

Did you manage to fix it? Anyone have a fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
