hi, another lost day... Please reconsider enabling external messaging alternatives outside of email. (at least users with a set of requirements, seniority, etc). Greetings.

@Jhon9999 Sadly, outside contact such as disc0rd or sky.pe will not return in the near future or will ever be brought up to discussion. They want IM to be the main source of communication. You can use email as it is permitted but the rest is not.
