IM Issues

Not sure what the issue for some people could be. It's working perfectly fine for me right now.

Same here, for me the Chat button doesn't appear at all so I couldn't connect to chat. When I try to access chat by adding someone first this is what it says according to web console.

Yes, I can confirm that signing in incognito works. I've also tried using a different browser and it works. So in the end I tried to clear browsing history including cookies, site data, caches and etc. I relogin and now the chat button appears.

If anyone is having the same problem try clearing cookies, caches and etc, it may solve the problem.

Yeah in incognito window seems to be working.

It has been down for me as well; the 'Lobby'/'Chat' btn doesn't appear, and clicking links to open the IM window looks as if they do nothing

Looks like clearing history, cache and everything for past 24hrs is fixing it...

Try to use another browser and see if that works. It currently works with mine on Edge. I will alert @Flengo @Dave84311 of this issue

Hard refresh with Ctrl+F5 or clear cache. Should be resolved.
