you're looking for "chams" and they are on a few hacks.. most hacks these days use "Sat Chams" which is constant satellite use. legit its only available to specs and its only usable for a few moments.

It's cham, I think he misread it. Anyways, there are a few ones at the moment, however they'll be patched in the upcoming maintanence.
Dude, It's called Chams. And they are gonna get patched soon. Just go looking for hacks in the main section and you'd find it in there
