Changing rank

Is there a way to change your rank if you DO have an eac bypass? Without getting banned ofc. And if so would it just be the regular programs people used to use?

Haven't looked into it yet, not entirely sure if possible since it's server sided. But I can assure you that the Fiddler method is far safer than playing the game with a bypass on.
