just choose any programming language (for instance java, python or c whatever you like) and start by watching the basics on youtube. You can basically learn anything from googling and watching tutorials. There are also a lot of good books you can buy as well! You will get good eventually you just have to spend a lot of time to learn, you can think of it like learning a new language.

There's no easy way to learn programming in a bit of time, you gotta learn it and understand how it works.

youtube videos worked for me. Researching documentation online has also helped. 
Searching on Internet but it's very slow process, you will need time.
