Gaining Weight Difficult?
So, I've been stuck weight as of 44 kg for a very long time, probably since late teen to age of 25, and I found it very difficult to reach the weight goal that I put on myself, and recently I've been gaining weight by some portion, yesterday I weighted around 46.4 kg, which is sort of an improvement, and today I did another weight in, which then was 47.7 kg, I want to be at least 55 / 60 kg, which requires lots of work, but I do think I can make it if I continue eating the way I have been for the past month or two...

NB: I do NOT work out, as I do not have enough self-confidence in my body to do so, because looks in the reflection of mine matter, and when I look at the mirror, all I see is an adult in skeleton body, which embarrasses me to the core.
Stuff yourself with protein, the ones that people drink at the gym
Well guess what, try work out, you don't have self confidence? You don't need that, you will rebuild that too as long you work out, try it make it like is eating, like you really need do it everyday and accomplish your weight you wish.
Junk food for life
You've begun to gain weight so you're doing something right. You just have to keep eating bro, keep consuming more calories than your body burns and you'll get there.
You'll gain weight in no time, just sit and relax, last last year I have also posted something like this here on MPGH,

Well, I heard something from my father where he said something about that if you don't eat during the morning and only eat during the lunch and evening, then you don't really gain weight, I do not know how true it is, but it seems to be pretty true because of the fact that I've been consistently stuck around 42-44 kg's for so long,

I'm glad that I'm gaining as much as possible, there were some people who didn't believe that I was 44 kg's, I didn't have proof either cuz it disappears so quickly on the scale, and personally, it'd not matter, it just fuels me to gain the weight and be where I want to be in terms of weight, as it'd help me mentally and physically.

ADD ICECREAM TO MILKSHAKE icecream got hella protein and its BOMB
Thanks, I will be doing this once I have more than enough money to make milkshakes and stuff like that, I'm normally not the kind of person who eats meat, because there is some kind of "restriction" in my throat that makes it so hard to swallow the meat, no matter how small it is, been trying to explain that same thing to my dad, but he keeps telling me to use my mouth to make them smaller, but even then it gives me gagging reflex, and makes me feel like I wanna throw up

Minced meat, and sausages are fine, but chicken, chicken wings and stuff hardly go down, idk how to explain it.

Try using whey protein shakes. Just be careful, you'll gain weight rapidly.
Gaining weight is the easiest and funnest thing. But just gaining weight is not healthy, you need to build healthy weight.

Find a bulking plan and hit the gym 3-5 times a day. Any other methods for gaining weight will just have you gaining too much fat. You'll end up gaining fat even if you go to the gym but once you reach your goal weight you can then cut down and repeat the cycle.

damn so youre not that small
45kg really aint much

what i think will also help kick start your weight gaining is if you do some training yourself at home
there should be lots of good guides on how to do training with your body weight alone

you can do these at home and start to get some muscles, paired with good eating this should lead to faster results (depends on your body type ofc as some people gain naturally fast and some only get strength)
It's simple science/maths. Eat more than your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and you'll gain weight. The general amount is +0.5kg or 1lb per week, which is roughly 500 calories above your TDEE.

Can use the above link, just input weight and calories every day and it'll tell you what to eat the next day. You can ignore the amount to eat for the first couple of weeks due to lack of data but after that, you should stick to it as much as possible. I've been doing it for a while with bulking/cutting with no issues.

The only question is, can you yourself stick to something like this?
