If you eat protein at breakfast (eggs, etc..) you'll gain weight in no one time. Also in my personal experience it's easy to gain weight than losing it.
Gaining Weight Difficult?

Try out using a Weight Gain Nutrition shake, along with some protein shakes (Vanilla are usually the best tasting). They're sold in most big stores, and have an ungodly amount of calories that are incredibly easy to drink with little to no effort. They are a lifesaver for me when I need to bulk because I have an eating disorder that severely restricts my diet and I also find it hard to eat enough during the day, and I was incredibly skinny the first 20 years of my life.
Funnily enough I also got sort of fat for like half a year, but that was because my metabolism slowed as I got older. I was drinking like 1,200 calories a day in sugary drinks (soda, gatorade, juice etc) and gained about 35 lbs, but once I cut that out of my diet I rapidly lost weight until I learned how to get enough calories in my body for a healthy weight.
Stay positive mate. You might be embarrassed now, but wanting to help yourself get healthier is absolutely nothing to embarrassed about. Get some more weight on, start off slow with light cardio exercise, and get your heart right. After that, try some light weightlifting with some dumbells or even just milk jugs filled with water and some pushups, even knee pushups are great. Doing even a little bit of solid exercise every day helps a ton in getting your appetite back, along with taking an everyday multivitamin. If you don't get out in the sun much you probably have a Vitamin D deficiency which can kill your appetite and cause muscle cramping and muscle wasting. Talk to a doctor if you can muster the courage, they're there to help, and then maybe do some blood tests to see where you're at on vitamins. They're there to help, and aren't going to judge you. First step toward solving a problem is recognizing that there is one, so you're already moving in the right direction. You can do it man, you have to trust me that you can.

Thanks you ^^
I definitely have recognizing the problem(s), and I am willing to put the at most 120% into it trying to fix it, and when it comes to my blood tests, for some interesting reason, they've said that everything is clear, no problems at all, same with vitamins. Sometimes this summer or within this year, at least, I will be investing into some dumbells for myself and stuff, so I don't have to hit the gym due to social anxiety and the panic attacks I sometimes I have in the public, so that would be the safest bet, to be quite frank. Ever since I've started to eat more than once a day, I've noticed some increase in weight, not a lot, but still something to be proud of, my metabolism is very high, which is also a problem, but I've been trying to cut out sugar when it comes to sodas and candy, but every once in awhile it doesn't really hurt.

i now have settled for a cheaper studio than last time so i also have time to start running again (ran a half marathon like 4years ago now i can barely run like 1km without slowing down hard ) or biking (looking at buying a moutain bike)
since i stopped playing fortnite all day i suddenly have a lot more time to do sports (and be on mpgh even more lmao)

Eat 2 scrambled eggs for brekfast , eat chicken breasts ( any kind of meat but this is very good protein portion ) , and also any kind of vegetables , u will gain healthy weight in no time.
Hi everyone, you say that gaining weight is easier than losing weight but I would contradict you because when you weigh 45 kg and you are desperate to reach 55 this is really a challenge. I have been struggling with this problem for many years and I have not been able to gain even one kg. It doesn't matter what we eat and in what quantities we don't add anything anyway. Until a friend recommended me https://www.modernfit.com/programs/n...ight-watchers/ It is a program that helped me a lot to understand why I could not gain weight.
I think most of you deserve some kind of an update...
I have failed on the duty of reaching the goal of my personal best weight, because of the stress, depression and other things which has happened recently (sorry for the late update), but I have come to an acceptance that this is who I am and there is no amount of food and stuff to fix it, so I try to overcome the selfiness of not accepting the way I am.

I am trusting the self-confidence when it comes to the statement of the stress / depression being the cause of it, it has been even more so due to the recent and quite painful dental pain which I've had for the past 3-4 weeks (could be even more), and I have recently started to visit dentist, and they haven't really figured it out quite yet either, it could been an infection, but who knows, I also have a decayed teeth (wisdom) which they told me to get out ASAP, but I keep forgetting (I'll probably forget after posting this)..
It's a shame, but I've accepted it and understood that it's my fault that can be fixed if I focused on improving my mental issues (stress/depression) and what not, the best weight I've gotten was 45kg.
