well i had same problem and i update directx and it worked

sweet guys thanks a lot BTW didnt need to update DX, but i just dloaded the dll and put it in my Sys 32 folder AND my system folder, it wouldnt work with just the sys 32, i guess because i have Win 7 64 bit but TY
