No, it is not 
The menu doesnt dissapear it stays on forever for me
To Clo - If you keep it open all the time it WILL stay open forever. If you close it and leave the game, it won't re-open.
Idk if it was, but i think MattyPatty's old menu hacks..you can move it and not turn off the menu lol like idk hold Control or Alt and use the arrow keys to move it anywhere on your screen. It was helpful(:
