PP Limit Confusion..

Okay, I'm still wondering about new accounts and the PP they can get per day. Some guide says 40PP per day and some guides say 50PP per day and stacking, which one is it? I also wonder what you guys mean by per day, do you mean I can gain 40/50PP per map or 40/50PP in total per day? I'm sorry if this sounds confusing; if you need a better explanation, I'll try my best to give, but right now this is all I can think of. If anyone knows, this will be greatly appreciated (:

In my experience you can gain as much pp you want per day but for new accounts plays above 39 pp on osu!standard gets you instant restricted. You can get as many 38 pp plays as close together as possible but if you exceed 39 you get instant restrictions, so just play slow for a couple of weeks and you'll be good
