Unfortunately he's the biggest retard ever and forgot that it's strictly in the ToS to do this. Even with VPNs, DECA Games still has his IP Address. They can file a lawsuit and he can be sued for everything he owns. Why is that? Because he's a fucking retard.

its all about pr (public relation), not from our community, but if it hits the news, and can look really bad on deca. I remember a year ago or so, a company sued cheat developers and it didn't look good on them, but as a multi-million dollar company, they recovered their pr.
I for one think its going to boost their PR since no one actually here is taking this guys side ( the guy who is spamming these multi boxers)
