Memory problems...

So, for the past year or 3, I've been having lots of memory problems, and I do not know what it causes, but I think the most of the blame going for me being an impulsive person who starts hitting my own head due to the rage, and not being capable on achieving what I work so hard for.

Focusing on one thing at a time will increase your overall performance and help you remember things much better. Most likely - I indeed was a pretty retarded child, that and also I was very clumsy when I was a kiddo, like casually falling against things because I was unable to walk properly. Blame it on the fact that I am unable to handle my own emotions in couple of things, like when I play a game competitively, be that Counter-Strike, Battlefield, Call of Duty or other along the side, I hit my head due to the fact that I can't handle losing, which absolutely does not justify the action, but that's how it actually happened.

Stress, fatigue, drugs, your diet, could be something medical, i suggest you follow up with a doctor if it persists but try to dig out some repeating events or triggers

I sleep at least 8 hours a day and wake up here and there during the night, might be caused by the anti-depressants which I am taking, but have to take them.

afaik certain medication can cause this

maybe read through the side effects maybe its cause of the antidepressants

nah there is nothing about it.

Stop hitting your head. Start meditating and when you get angry, breath deeply, look yourself in the mirror and think if it's really worth to fuck your head up.
If it's worth, go ahead hit it. If not, stop.

You need to hit your head pretty hard and for a long period of time to get brain damage. Boxers do it for a living and they don't show any damages until they are 50 or so. You are probably exaggerating the problem in your head.
