"sometimes" and "small chance" is not worth the risk. One time showing up is enough. People will report, game stats will be send to BHVR -> impossible without cheats -> instant ban. simple.

Interesting. I tried to get them to level 3 a while back and was never able to. I tried getting the perks up to level 3 but they never imported over to killer that way. If you think of anything, let me know

No, the speeds are combined like 4x faster than normal sprint burst.
