I would use autoturret and medkit

Medkit is useless 'if you move around a lot. Get Minigun, M32 and Auto Turrets.

The injectable medkit is good

SPECIALIST GUNS ARE OVERPOWERED AND NEED TO GO AWAY.

If you want to be safe from being kicked from noobs use these two spec weps:
Injectable Medkit + Turret
If you don't care:
M32 + Medkits

Minigun = lag and fail
Flamethrower = not worth it
Claymore = meh waste of time
Hornet = it's gay, easy to spot out and barely works.
