u can play almost all games low-med, maybe high on older games

If you do upgrade, the 2070 is pretty good for it's price.

1660GTX is still a good card
Depends. It's only worth it if you go for an RTX 2070 or equivalent. Otherwise, a step up would be a waste of money in my opinion. Also depends on your use.
gtx 1660 is a really new gpu. there is no need to upgrade just yet until nvidia releases a new generation of gpus
RTX 2070 Super is the perfect card to upgrade too,temps are kinda high tho,i idle at 55c,might just be me
keep the 1660GTX for sure mate
