It's the same chance with any amount, I don't recommend to add BP at all.
Just get some Gruesome Gateau or Bloody Party Streamers (50 each, or more).

There will always be a risk of getting banned no matter the amount. Just the least amount of stuff you add/modify the less you risk getting banned, but still always a chance. Don't modify it if you aren't willing to risk it.

Did you level him up at all? Also, you can add the gruesome gateau manually through the editor if you want it that badly. Add new item then enter "Anniversary2019Offering".

Nothing specifically, everything risks a ban. Just the things listed have a higher risk.

Modifying "cumulativeSessions" and "cumulativePlaytime" wasn't a risky thing previously right? How it became a risky thing to change?
I thought modifying the numbers in the savefile AND with SAM would make it look legit

the dumping works but whenever i try to inject it just goes to main menu and just does the red spinny circle
