How do you make a log-in screen? I have CS5 Photoshop still learning how to use it but if *when I do get the pictures, how do I put it together? and save it. . .

Also would you do basically the same thing for the the severs like when you log in. . .I know you can change how that shows but wouldn't you do some thing just save it different?
