Question on SE refunds
Hi,
I wanted to refund a 400$ order. I already have several orders on the account but the thing is I refunded 500$ at the same adress, same name, same CC but from another account.
- Does it decreases the success rate even if its from another account ?
- If I change the details (name, CC) will the previous orders "count" to increase fiability of the account ?
- I heard pp is billing customers who refund. Is there any tip on how to avoid being billed by pp?
