Hello, I was wondering what tools / things i would need to make a server. (Be host and have 18 slots, more rounds, change map's and kick / ban). So a list and how to would be great! Thanks in advance!

Unless you have a working privately coded VAC disabler then you're basically fucked because mostly everything, if not everything, involving modding servers can get you banned.
I've been playing on a friends server and its been a few weeks and he hasn't gotten banned. Every time i ask him what he uses he tells me to ask here.
I modded servers for close to 2 months and now I'm banned.
Ok thanks didn't get the answer i wanted but i did learn its not worth it! Thanks guys!
