Fix Killer Movement Stutter?

Hello, I have been suffering from awful stuttering with the movement/rubber banding as killer. This does not happen if I go into the killer tutorial thus I believe it is a server problem. There is no problem with my internet connection I have a consistent 30 ping when I play, I have no such issues with survivor and am at a loss, if anyone could provide assistance it would be greatly appreciated!

Well, no idea, Almost every killer that i play against is like playing against a nurse AKA teleporting for some retards that does not know what i meant. and no, my ping is like 50 in every lobby and game.
this game is so broken and the devs arent doing anything, matchmaking is broken for like 1-2 months now or something lmao

they said server latenzy is not a big priority btw. c:
