Questions about EAC

I just started getting into this stuff. I'd like to ask if EAC bans all accounts that have been logged onto said device, and if it HWID bans.

They ban all the accounts you played if are on the same HWID.

They ban the HWID where you actually cheated, if the same HWID is found on another steam accounts.. all of them are gone. To avoid this use a working spoofer.

To also avoid automated bans by EAC caused by HWID just use a spoofer.

Basically 3 strikes and you're out, well that's what the Devs try to do, however as the above post said a good reliable HWID spoofer will circumvent any HWID ban.
The first 2 bans are just account bans and on the 3rd is when the devs HWID ban you.

after 1st ban = You are safe, you can cheat or play legit. etc
after 2nd ban = still safe but you should start to play legit or use hwid spoofer and cheat. up to you man.
after 3rd ban= HWID banned= All accounts will get banned, to bypass it, use other pc or hwid spoofer

once you got 2 bans in total, start to think what you want to do, yes this is a hacking forum and telling to play legit is not welcomed here lol, i started to play legit since i have 2 strikes already and i wont use a spoofer, also some hwid spoofers are working and some are not.
