Grimoire issue

Hi, on my RDP I can log in and all works fine with or without a VPN (dedicated and regular), but when I try to do the same on Grimoire 3.8+, it gets stuck on connecting to server. How do I fix this?

Clear your cache

Tried this already, didn't solve my issue, but tried again, still no luck. Did both Chrome and IE.
