I managed to break into launcher by changing some 1s to 0s in Cheat Engine.
The overlay that says "You need to be Supporter" is a gameobject, so it just needed to be disabled, or in other words, set from true to false.
I first log in, search for "Log out" string (case insensitive), getting one result. I note the address value.
Next I tried to find the variables that determine whether that pesky overlay is active. While still logged in, I search for Byte types with value of 1. I get about 1.5m results. Log out, search for 0, log back in, search for 1, this filters out a lot of junk we're not interested in.
Then on results list, I scroll to the address range starting the same as string we found earlier. For me it was 1D. There were four values in this range.
I just changed all four of them from 1 to 0, and bam, it was gone.
Still couldn't play though and honestly that's not what I was after. The Update button was no longer obstructed, got the game files downloaded and now I'm off to mining.
