I launched CSGO then i launched the exe, but in game there is nothing.

Everything is fine for me.. press F9 to use ESP, or ALT+F9

not sure about the above comments but everything runs fine for me

is it still safe to use after this patch?

I do not know, I used to update when csgo uses it the same for 3 hours or more after the update and nothing ever happened to me
