Can anyone here explain to me what do these lines do?

MaxInternetClientRate=120000
NetServerMaxTickRate=1
LanServerMaxTickRate=1

Net.DormancyEnable=1

[/script/engine.gamenetworkmanager]
TotalNetBandwidth=120000
MaxDynamicBandwidth=120000
MinDynamicBandwidth=120000

seems like you can edit the speed you send/revive might be useful.
