Well there are diffrent types of cheats nowdays.
Almost every provider has HvH features , like AntiAim . aka the spin you are seeing.

I can tell you from my cheat, Its just high silent aim fov of aimbot, auto shoot, auto wallbang, and good resolver that gives much amount of headshots.
