Save Game Editor

Hey so i dont wanna give myself p3 and addons for charecters i just want like 200 of all items, and i have to go through one by one, make i have the item, then click all the things i wanna change being careful not to click any perks. It just takes a while, is there a faster way to use the save game editor that i dont know of or somekind of public present for items?

I rememeber that you could select multiple items and modify their values at once, that was back in 2018 (if I remember right).
