Try to calculate your sleep cycles so you can fix them too
I sleep like 7 or 8 its like I'm on a different timezone to going to sleep at 5 am

Good idea to go for natural energy instead of coffee or some other stimulant. Easy to abuse those.
Quarantine screwed my sleep schedule
I only sleep like only 4 hours and it's during the day
limit ur sleep, otherwise its a huuuge waste of time
I sleep for 7 hours. My deep-sleep has taken a huge hit and I haven't been able to cross 2 hours in the last 4 months. The duck am I worried about? Clueless

I do 15 till my parents wake me up lol i go to sleep at 9 and wake up at 11
Just 8 hrs is enough for me, but it shd be sound.
Otherwise soon gonna catch many problems like headache, dizzyness...
i can go sleep at 4 am or 10 pm i sleep same amout of time more or all the time. and waking up in early mornings its so hard for me

You should fix your sleep cycles . Thats a lot of hours sleeping not being productive and also sleeping that long per day is not good for your health.
when i got nothing i need to do, my sleeping schedule fucks up. prob big depression or some shit xD
