Technology fucks up everything for me. Got into pro CSGO matches recently, but they started at around 10PM my time and finish at about 6AM? Only been on about 3-4 hours sleep most days for the better part of 3 months.
not really care about sleep time but only if my eyes still hurt after i woke up
Hearing a bunch of you improving your cycles is honestly fantastic, it's crazy how much just a bit of exercise or slightly changed diet can help tbh
