if i download the file in a flash drive then i open the cheat in my smurf account For example i got VAC or OW ban so i unplug the flash drive then i switch to my main account to play, is my main safe of that or there a effects of tracks of the cheat can be detected ?

Your main will be safe, this cheat does not permanently modify any files. It only modifies the memory of cs while it is running.
Just by closing the cheat or the game, you remove any effects the cheat has.
