Help with bot delay

Is there any way to skip the bot delay set only on specific commands?
Sometimes when the bot delay is too low, it kills mobs super fast but skips a few commands;
And when the delay is too high, it doesn't skip commands but the killing speed is reduced by a lot;

How can i skip the bot delay on the kill commands?
