Yeah a couple people said it above but waiting for the new 30 series is going to give you the most options and eliminate any chance of buyers remorse. BUT if you need it now, just get it now. And also, you could just check out a refunding service for buying parts at like 80%.

just purchase what you can afford and refund it lul.
get people to SE - rams / ssds / gpus / psus. then purchase the cpu and fans yourself.
