Hello guys.

I just wanted to buy some btc with PayPal / maestro debit card, I tried some online services but and after a lot of verifications i’m still unable to buy btc.

Can someone explain me how to buy btc with PayPal / debit card from Germany?

you can use one of the btc exchange services in the "currency exchange" section of the marketplace, user services thread. Compare rates the exchangers are offering to your online services and choose between the cheaper one. Make sure to deal with someone who is trustworthy, and check for vouches.

There are many ways, I have answered this before but, you can check for exchange services in this forum, if that's not enough you can also go for Paxful or Localbitcoins. If you look for exchange services here just make sure they have good rep and are trustworthy, well the same rule applies in every exchange platform. Look for the rep and feedback.
