Hello, I was wondering if I fraps me playin (with hacks) is there any possible way for me to edit them out with Windows Movie Maker? Or another program

Use Sony Vegas 9.0 or any other video editing programs. I highly doubt you can hide obvious hacks like chams tho.

Unless your really really pro with editing software, I highly doubt it. You can try but try get help from an expert. It might help if it was really blurry.
Well maybe. I don't think Vegas is advanced enough, you might have to use After Effects. Even then, I do not know how to get rid of black spaces that appear when you remove boxes.

But then there's a possibility that people won't watch it, or even worse, come to the conclusion that he IS hacking.
lol just record when you play Legit and upload those then when you get accused of hacking show people your legit Vids 
The easiest way is to get chams which are drawn after fraps is equipped(I think it is that order, been too long 
). It's actually not that hard to do if you have a relatively firm grip on coding, and I'm surprised they haven't been released for CA yet.
