Hey guys, i can confirm this works because i made 2 accounts and everything is working fine. My persona advice is to use services like Steam Account Generator (https://accgen.cathook.club) which is a free service that makes steam accounts for you. So you just need to turn on FreeLyVPN and then visit the website and press generate. You're gonna save a lot of time and you can tell the site to use a generated email, your personal gmail account or a custom domain. Once you select which of the mails you want to use the site is gonna generate the account for you. Thanks to Bounty.Hunter for sharing the exact method

Probably a stupid question, but now that I created an Argentina account, is there a ban chance for buying games with gift card money ?

From what i know Valve is not used to ban people who "exploit" Steam. To be clearer even cheating achievements is against Steam TOS because you're in fact using a third party software to modify steam API. but there's not even one account terminated because of this. Valve said that they are mainly focussed on cheaters. This doesn't means you're safe, Valve could still terminate your account at any moment, they just don't care

But made a mistake, I didn't login to Steam client with VPN, so in Edge, it detected my original country [told me to login to Steam client with Argentina], and by the time I login to steam client with VPN, on Edge, I got logged out, so I'm back trying to login again

Okay, so here's my story with this:

I kept trying to login to my account, but always got the "There have been too many login failures from your network in a short time period. Please wait and try again later."
So I went outside for a walk, came back, tried again, and wow things were super smooth this time, logged in the first try, then Account details, and tried to change my country, and yeeaahh.... got the same error as everyone else.
Then I just gave up, and made a new account, that is Argentina country

and finally I can buy stuff cheaper

But the only problem is I have to buy DBD again with basically all DLC's [Cuz I like every DLC

] Calculated it, it will cost me around 20 euro, which is not that bad for the game + all DLC

I will have to start over again, but you know what? I don't really care. Atleast the country is Argentina, that's what matters

Why buying dbd and DLCs again? Just family share it

Just a quick update. The region change seemed to be just blocked. You can now change region with vpn again like in the old days.

As you might see in my profile I'm also from "Germanz". I changed my second account from Germany to Argentina, it just worked. Might depend on the VPN client you use.

I used a browser vpn and nord vpn both don't work for me
